North America’s Biggest Food-Innovation Tradeshow

As of Friday, March 28th, 2025 registration to co-exhibit or participate as a walker in Atlantic Canada’s SIAL trade show delegation is currently closed. Please contact admin@atlanticfood.ca should you like to be notified for the 2026 edition when registration reopens.

Food and Beverage Atlantic, working jointly with the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island, is seeking Atlantic Canadian companies to attend SIAL Canada in Toronto, On from April 29 - May 1, 2025.

SIAL is North America’s biggest food-innovation tradeshow, bringing together equipment, technology, and food products in 3 key sectors: food and beverage, grocerant and packaging. SIAL Canada is the only national trade show that offers a complete range of food products under one roof to meet customers’ expectations. Buyers and decision makers across the whole industry, from grocery, wholesale and specialty retail to foodservice and manufacturing, will converge to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.

Mission features:

The goals of the mission are to showcase and promote the high-quality seafood, agri-food and beverage products from Atlantic Canada, to increase export opportunities for Atlantic Canadian companies, and to increase the number of Atlantic Canadian companies exporting outside the Atlantic Provinces.

As a Co-Exhibitor in the Atlantic Canada Pavilion at SIAL Canada:

Companies will have an exhibit area within the large, open concept, shared space that will house 16 Atlantic Canadian companies. Graphics, furnishings, and signage will be provided.
Companies will be reimbursed up to $600 for shipping product and samples to the show.
Companies will have the opportunity to have their samples prepared on-site during the show by a Chef.
Participants will have access to the education program organized by SIAL.
Participants will have access to a Hosted Buyers Program organized by SIAL.

Fees and Exhibitor details:

The fee to co-exhibit is $2,500.00 payable to Food and Beverage Atlantic.

The registration fee for co-exhibitors will include the following:

Registration for the show for two company representatives.
10 guest invitations per company
Co-exhibitor space in shared open concept booth with the other Atlantic Canadian companies
Chef station - Chef to prepare samples for co-exhibitors
Up to $600 reimbursement allowance towards shipping of samples
Design of booth and company kiosk
Shared meeting tables and chairs
Free registration to all conferences during the show
Free registration to the Hosted Buyers’ programs
Company name in the official SIAL Canada catalog

The Atlantic Canadian companies chosen to be a part of the Atlantic Canadian Pavilion will be assessed on their export readiness.

Fees and Walker Program details:

The fee to walk the show is $500 payable to Food and Beverage Atlantic.

The registration fee for show walkers will include the following:

Access to shared meeting tables in the Atlantic pavilion
